Common Questions

How quickly can a diver be dispatched?

Most jobs are accepted within hours of payment confirmation. Scheduling depends on your preferred date and diver availability in your area. Rush requests can be noted in the job description.

What if no diver is available in my area?

If your job doesn't get accepted within 48 hours, the HERO team will reach out directly to arrange an alternative. You are never charged until a diver confirms.

Can I get an inspection for a dock or marina, not a vessel?

Absolutely. Select "Full Underwater Survey" or "Custom Request" as the job type and describe the structure in the notes. Pilings, seawalls, breakwaters, and marina basins are all within scope.

What format is the report delivered in?

Reports are emailed as a professional branded HTML document and are permanently archived in your HERO account. You can view, download, and print them at any time.

Is payment secure?

All payments are processed through Stripe, the industry standard for secure online payments. HERO never stores your card details.
