By applying, you acknowledge that:
• You are an independent contractor, not an employee of HERO Diving & Marine Services
• HERO Divers retains a 20% platform fee on all jobs completed through the network
• You receive 80% of the job value, paid via Stripe within 2 business days of report approval
• All work must be performed to HERO Divers' standardized reporting requirements
• You are responsible for maintaining your own certifications, insurance, and equipment
• HERO Divers reserves the right to remove divers from the network for quality or conduct issues
